Erald Dushku
CEO
Erald Dushku is a distinguished finance and investment executive with over 20 years of international experience in asset management, investment funds, and private banking.
He has successfully led multi-asset portfolios, complex investment operations, and cross-border growth strategies across Europe and Asia.
Erald blends strategic vision, operational expertise and cultural insight to deliver sustainable value for clients and partners.
Richard Burt
COO and head of real estate
Richard has over 24 years of experience in UK real estate, initially as a real estate lawyer in the City.
He also has over 10 years in house legal and commercial real estate experience working in the banking, finance, hotel and retail sectors.
Michael Whitney
Head of investment and development
Michael has over 26 years of experience in UK real estate, having started in residential property and moved into large multi-use development.
He is an experienced development director with over 2 million square feet developed over several projects located in central London. These include uses such as residential, hotel, office and medical care facilities.
Michael is a member of RICS and has previously sat on the BPF’s development committee.
Lucinda Lee-Bapty
Independent consultant
Lucinda has over 22 years of experience across multi-disciplinary roles in the real estate industry, including valuation, landlord & tenant, agency, underwriting, analytics, commercial strategy, and operations.
Lucinda is a member of the RICS and is actively engaged in various industry-related activities, including membership of the Worshipful Company of Chartered Surveyors and IPF/BPF.
Mingus Moeskops
Investment Manager
Mingus is responsible for sourcing, underwriting and executing acquisitions across Aria’s diversified UK real estate portfolio, spanning residential, alternative and long-income sectors.
Before joining Aria, he developed a foundation in investment analysis and portfolio management at an FCA-regulated investment manager. He holds a BBA from Nyenrode Business University and an MSc in Management from IE University Madrid and has lived and worked across the Netherlands, South Korea, Spain and the United Kingdom.
Ethan Zazo
Investment Assistant
Ethan recently graduated in International Politics and Economics at City University of London before joining Aria as an Investment Assistant.
With a strong background in economics and real estate investment, Ethan will provide deal origination, underwriting and asset management support.
Jordan Bailey MRICS
Property Management Consultant
Jordan works alongside ADHL through Norfham Estates Limited, providing property management services.
He has over 12 years of experience in UK real estate, having begun his career in residential and commercial property in East Anglia before progressing into property management across London and the wider UK.
Throughout his career, Jordan has managed and advised on real estate portfolios with an aggregate value in excess of £800 million, delivering property management and asset lifecycle services on behalf of a broad range of investors, lenders and property companies.
His experience spans multiple sectors, including retail, office, industrial, residential and mixed-use assets, with involvement in a number of complex and high-profile mandates, including shopping centres and assets with significant repositioning, redevelopment and alternative-use potential.
Jordan is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
